Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You: First Trailer and Key Visual Unveiled
The Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You anime adaptation has received its first trailer and key visual, along with new cast and staff details.
The new cast additions are Yuto Uemura as Ryosuke Saito and Azusa Tadokoro as Chika Kurashiki. Meanwhile, the newly revealed staff names include Yu Murai (Haigakura series composer) and Nagisa Nario (Dahlia in Bloom co-scriptwriter) as series composers and scriptwriters and Vaio Shii (In/Spectre Season 2 ending animation director and key animator) as character designer. Typhoon Graphics is the animation production company.
Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You is based on the manga by Haruka Mitsui and is set for a January 2025 premiere. Kodansha USA describes the source material as:
Love in the time of COVID-19? This new series pits the the crushes, nostalgia, and friendship of shojo manga against a crushing pandemic. Can it be that a determined high school girl is more resilient than anyone expected? Guaranteed to delight fans of popular romance comics like Komi Can’t Communicate and Skip and Loafer.
The manga began serialization in Nakayoshi in 2020 and has nine tankoubon volumes as of August 2024.
